W Portsmouth & Co Ltd is a privately owned family run business established in 1956 in Luton and incorporated in 1958.  A London office was opened in 1968.

We also have a subsidiary company, “One Facility” that carries out full building and site services maintenance with over 35 employees.

Areas normally covered are the Midlands, Home Counties and Greater London although we have worked further afield. The company concentrates on commercial and industrial projects and has many longstanding clients.

Annual turnover is in excess of £10 million with projects ranging from £20,000 to £2.5 million. We employ 70 people of which 55 are directly employed site operatives the remainder being contract management and administration personnel.
